Grupo Diusframi is fully committed to regulatory compliance, focusing our efforts on the implementation of measures that promote an ethical culture in our organization and establish adequate and effective means to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent the commission of crimes. In this sense, Grupo Diusframi has approved its Code of Conduct, which aims to ensure that all our actions are carried out in a responsible and integral manner, reflecting the values and behaviors expected in the development of our activity. This commitment applies to all employees and managers of the organization. The Code of Conduct is a reference guide in our relationship with third parties and contributes to strengthening relations with our stakeholders and with society.

Complaints channel

In compliance with Law 2/2023, Diusframi Group makes available to its employees and third parties an internal information channel intended exclusively for the communication of irregularities or breaches that may constitute legal violations in the labor or business field, including the commission of crimes or the breach of the internal regulations of Diusframi Group. It is important to note that this channel is not enabled to manage personal claims, general inquiries, labor disputes not constituting legal infringement or any other matter outside the scope of Law 2/2023. Any communication outside this scope will not be processed. The communications received will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and personal data will be managed in accordance with current data protection regulations. The information provided will be used exclusively for legitimate purposes related to the investigation of the reported facts. Communications may be made anonymously and Diusframi Group guarantees the absence of reprisals against those who report in good faith about facts that fall within the scope of this channel.
