On September 20, 2023, Grupo Diusframi attended as a sponsor of the Secure Payments & ID Congress 2023, held at Kinepolis-Madrid, where we were present with a stand where we welcomed customers, partners and colleagues in the sector, to whom we gave away a prize for participating in our "roulette of luck" application for Android POS.
This event brings together the leading providers in the payment industry and, as experts in the sector, we took this opportunity to showcase our suite of cutting-edge solutions and services.
Our main objective was to present our value proposition to the event's attendees and contribute to the momentum of this industry.
As sponsors of this event, we participated in a panel discussion on data-driven decision making. This table was moderated by Mario Cantero (Founding Partner of Deep Payments) and participated as part of this table, experts in the sector such as:
- Jesús Capote (Head of POS Development at Comercia Global Payments),
- Nuria Mohedas (Director of Payments and Digital Banking at Cecabank),
- Álvaro Mier (Customer Experience Manager of Getnet Europe) and

This round table discussion was well attended and discussed how data can help improve decision making related to the issuing and acquiring business. Specifically, topics such as the exploitation of payment ticket information at the POS, to help improve and personalize the offer, and to offer devices and solutions according to the needs of the merchants were discussed. It was also discussed how the analysis of dynamic data and user behavior helps to automate the processes of granting credit and to optimize the processes of card payment claims.
