In recognition of its commitment to work-life balance and the well-being of its workforce, Diusframi has been awarded the EFR seal.
On June 23, Diusframi officially received the EFR (Family Responsible Company) 1000-1 certification, in an institutional event held at the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030, chaired by Rosa Martinez, Secretary of State, together with the Másfamilia Foundation.
This distinction accredits us as an organization committed to a management model focused on people, social justice and sustainability, consolidating the path initiated a few months ago with the implementation of the EFR model.
Work-life balance and professional development: a strategic priority
This seal recognizes Diusframi's efforts to implement 45 work-life balance measures, aligned with the EFR 1000-1 standard, which reinforce our commitment to the well-being, equal opportunities and professional development of our staff.
The company was represented at the event by Ángela Sánchez de la Roda, Head of Personnel and EFR Manager, and José Luis Granjo, Director of Human Resources and EFR Director, who have led this key project for the evolution of Diusframi's organizational model.
This certification not only validates the work we have done, but also boosts our ongoing commitment to a more humane, sustainable and balanced work environment, adapted to people's real needs.
We continue to build a company culture based on trust, respect and co-responsibility.
