We strengthened our presence in job fairs with our first participation in Oviedo
On January 30, we had the pleasure of attending the Career Fair of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Oviedo. This participation marked a milestone in our talent attraction strategy, expanding our presence to new regions and reinforcing our employer brand in northern Spain.
A space for interaction and mutual learning
During the fair, we had the opportunity to interact with numerous students, introducing them to our company, our business areas and the professional opportunities we offer. In addition, we organized a special activity called "Meeting with candidates", a 45-minute space in which we had a close conversation with a small group of students. This dynamic allowed us not only to share information about our company, but also to learn about their concerns and expectations about the current job market. The exchange of impressions was enriching, as we were able to address the opportunities and challenges of the sector, as well as explore possible avenues for future collaboration.
An experience surrounded by innovative and interactive activities.
To make our participation even more dynamic, we organized a Kahoot with questions about our company and our different lines of business. Unlike traditional material prizes, we decided to innovate by offering the winners personalized mentoring to improve their CVs. As part of this reward, the selected students had the opportunity to talk with a member of our team, receive practical advice to optimize their professional profile and learn strategies to enhance their job opportunities.
Commitment to emerging talent
Our first experience at the University of Oviedo Job Fair has been very positive. This type of initiative not only allows us to get closer to emerging talent, but also to strengthen our position as a company committed to the professional development of young people. We hope to continue participating in more events of this type in different regions, expanding our impact and establishing new connections with future professionals.
