Diusframi Group and Adecco Foundation: Committed to the inclusion of women at risk of exclusion in the labor market.

The Diusframi Group recruitment team had the pleasure of participating in an event organized by the Adecco Foundation, focused on making visible the difficulties faced by many women in accessing the labor market.

Invisible difficulties, present realities

The main objective of the event was to raise awareness of the labor reality of women who find themselves in vulnerable situations, whether due to age, lack of training or complex personal circumstances. Initiatives like this are key to raising awareness and generating real opportunities.

The day began with an introductory talk in which we were presented with data on the situation of women in the Spanish labor market and shared with us successful cases of job placement managed by the Adecco Foundation. Stories that inspire and demonstrate that, with the right support, change is possible.

Impact interviews

We then had the opportunity to interview several women participants in Fundación Adecco's programs. Their profiles were very diverse, and the exchange allowed us to learn more about their experience, motivations and capabilities. It was a first step to assess their possible incorporation to some of the vacancies currently open in Grupo Diusframi.

Following this meeting, we are actively assessing several of the candidates we met during the day, convinced that diversity and inclusion enrich our teams and bring real value to the organization.
