At Diusframi we implement the EFR (Family Responsible Company) model to promote work-life balance and well-being in the workplace.

At Diusframi, we firmly believe that the well-being of all our employees is fundamental to our success. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that we are implementing the EFR (Family Responsible Company) 1000-1 model. This standard reinforces our commitment to work-life balance, professional development and work-life balance.

To carry out the project, the company has appointed José Luis Granjo, Director of Human Resources, as Director EFR, and Ángela Sánchez de la Roda, Head of Personnel, as Manager EFR, responsible for the management of the EFR model.

Diusframi considers that the EFR model of work-life balance management represents a key tool to continue growing in a sustainable, humane and responsible manner and in line with our concept and pursuit of work-life balance practices. 

Our main motivations for obtaining EFR certification are:
