At Diusframi Group we reaffirm our commitment to equality in the professional environment. This commitment is materialized in the elaboration and registration of equality plans in all the companies that are part of the group.
Last August we marked an important milestone by registering the first equality plan, corresponding to Intaremit, and we continue to work on the plans for the rest of the group's companies.
As part of this initiative, we have appointed our colleague Ángela Sánchez de la Roda as Equality Agent for the Diusframi Group. Ángela, who has been in the Human Resources Department for more than four years as head of personnel and selection, brings with her extensive experience and training in equality and human resources. Her commitment to this cause is a key piece to lead this transformation.
In addition to implementing strategies and measures to ensure equal opportunities and treatment, Angela will also be a channel of communication to address any questions, concerns or suggestions in this area. To facilitate this interaction, Grupo Diusframi will set up an Equality Mailbox, thus reinforcing our goal of building an inclusive and fair work environment.
We are convinced that, working together, we can move towards an increasingly egalitarian corporate culture.
