Diusframi has been awarded the "Committed Company" seal by ECOVADIS

AtDiusframi, we continue to make progress in our commitment tosustainability, business ethics, and social responsibility. Following the latest assessment conducted byEcoVadis, an internationally recognized platform for sustainability and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) performance, we have been awarded the“Committed Company” seal, a recognition that attests to our progress and commitment in this area.

This result represents asignificant improvement over the previous year, reflecting the hard work and commitment of all Diusframi teams in integratingsustainable criteria into our processes, policies, and business decisions.

The EcoVadis assessment analyzes more than 20 indicators grouped into four key areas:

Environment
Labor practices and human rights
Ethics
Sustainable purchasing

This achievement reinforces our commitment tocontinuous improvement, as we move toward more responsible and sustainable management that benefits our employees, customers, partners, and society as a whole.

Diusframi Earns ISO 20400 Certification in Sustainable Procurement Through EQA ESPAÑA

We are pleased to announce that Diusframi has been certified under ISO 20400, the leading international standard for sustainable procurement, awarded by EQA España, an accredited body for management and sustainability system certification. The ISO 20400 standard provides guidelines for integrating sustainability into procurement and sourcing processes, enabling organizations to incorporate environmental, social, and ethical criteria throughout the value chain. This certification recognizes our commitment to responsible and transparent management and reinforces our role as a company that actively drives the transition toward a more sustainable economy. Sara Díaz accepted the certificate at a ceremony held at our offices alongside representatives from EQA España. With this new milestone, we are consolidating our approach to continuous improvement, building trust among our stakeholders, and reaffirming our values of business ethics, social responsibility, and respect for the environment.

Diusframi has joined the Spanish Association of Anti-Fraud Companies, a business community focused on fostering collaboration and the exchange of knowledge to combat digital fraud. What does Diusframi bring to this community? In the field of anti-fraud, we work with real-time analysis and scoring models and solutions designed to strengthen transactional security, integrating prevention into operational processes and workflows. The Diusframi Group has certified its carbon footprint measurement in accordance with the GHG Protocol standard

At Diusframi, we continue to advance our commitment to sustainability. We have obtained certification from Cámara Certifica, which attests to the accurate measurement of our carbon footprint for fiscal year 2025, in accordance with the requirements of the international GHG Protocol standard. This recognition validates the methodological robustness, traceability, and reliability of the reported data, and represents a significant milestone in the Group’s environmental management, reflecting the work and commitment of all Diusframi teams in integrating sustainable criteria into our operations. The calculation, covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, accounts for the direct and indirect emissions (Scope 1 and 2) generated by the Group’s operations, totaling 431.2 metric tons of CO₂ equivalent. The certification covers all of our services and work sites nationwide. Rigorously measuring our environmental impact is the foundation upon which we build more responsible and transparent management—a commitment that is part of our culture and our way of doing business. We reaffirm our commitment to continuous improvement, moving toward an ethical, transparent, and sustainable business model that benefits our employees, customers, partners, and society as a whole.
