Grupo Diusframi, a Spanish technology company specializing in advanced payment solutions and technology services, announces its acquisition of a stake in Seglan, a Spanish company with more than 20 years of experience in critical infrastructure, transaction security, payment authentication, and ticketing solutions.
This transaction reinforces Diusframi’s growth and diversification strategy, following its acquisition of a stake in the artificial intelligence company Imbee in 2025, and consolidates its position in key areas of the payment value chain. The addition of Seglan allows the group to expand its technological capabilities with proprietary solutions certified under international standards such as PCI-DSS and EMVCo, particularly in areas such as advanced 3D Secure authentication, brand tokenization, and payment orchestration.
In addition, the transaction will boost Diusframi’s international reach, particularly in Latin America, where Seglan has a proven track record and a client base of more than 150 customers, including leading financial institutions and payment processors. This presence will facilitate the expansion of the joint business model to new customers and strategic markets in the region.
This investment reflects Diusframi's commitment to technology, innovation, and specialization as key drivers of its growth, thereby strengthening its value proposition within the digital and physical payments ecosystem.
